Abhyanga Massage Oil (Vata, Pitta, Kapha and Tri-dosha)
Abhyanga – is the Sanskrit word for massage – literally translated, Abhi means to make contact and Anga means the body parts. Traditional ayurvedic texts elaborated oiling as an integral part of the daily routine recommended for overall well-being.
